I guess Dmitry Rybolovlev’s, didn’t see this coming. Rybolovlev , who is worth over 8 billion dollars,  was recently ordered by a Swiss court to pay his ex-wife Elena, over 4 billion dollars in their divorce decree.  Keep in mind she is also receiving over $100,000 worth of child support a month to care for their youngest daughter.

Now how did this happen? One guess is that they didn’t have pre-nup. Now what man worth that insane amount of money would forget a pre-nup. Now forgetting is understandable if you’re a billionaire. Not sure if you heard, but there was this one billionaire who forgot about his yacht, which was docked at a very expensive boat storage for almost 2 years. Now imagine that bill. Bet it’s less than the 4 billion dollars Rybolovlev will have to pay for his forgetfulness.

Rybolovlev, who didn’t forget his yacht, but instead forgot to go to his lawyer office before going down the aisle. Like most men, he let his penis do the talking and totally forgot to use his brains. In this situation, we’re pretty sure Rybolovlev, was madly in love, with no care in the world, some odd 23 years ago. Fast forward to 2008, when the divorce was filed, then jump to now 2014, he’s probably fuming at the brim.

This divorce is slated to be the most expensive one in the world. Moral to this story: a simple mistake can lead to a costly one in the long run. Take your time to dot your i’s and cross your t’s. If it’s meant to be, it’ll (he or she) still be there (and your money will be too).
